Single-Spindle Cam Automatics

Applications:
Single spindle cam automatics often are the most economical producers of certain parts, in quantities of approximately 1000 to 50,000 pieces.
The quick mechanical motions and overlapping operations often yield a fast part cycle time.
Setup times are much less than on multi-spindle machines, making these machines appropriate for these mid-range quantities.
