GT-27 Project Pages
In the fall of 1998, we will take delivery of our second GT-27. These pages will document our experiences.

The machine is the CMS/Upgrade Technologies Accuturn GT-27. The decision to buy was largely influenced by our experiences with our 1996 GT-27. The machines will appear identical, but the '96 is equipped with spindle positioning. Since only a small portion of our jobs require that feature, we chose the base model for the new machine. We bought the Vanco 1201AX barfeed as we did in 1996.
